LS Fest East 2023: A Tire Streets Recap - Drift, Speed, and LS Power Unleashed

LS Fest East, the largest gathering of LS & late-model GM-powered vehicles in the world, took place from September 8-10, 2023, at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This event, hosted by Holley Performance, was a spectacle of high horsepower drift cars, LS-powered offroad machines, road course monsters, and world-record-breaking drag cars.

Tire Streets partnered with Holley Performance to sponsor the Drift Challenge for the 2023 calendar year. Over 40 drivers are locked into a top 32 competition, with qualifying going down on Friday. The event was a feast for the senses, with offroad racing, autocross, and drag racing all happening simultaneously, and the LS-powered vehicles were the stars of the show.

Saturday was a day of record-breaking performances and fierce competition. Tire Streets drivers like Grant Anderson, Jake Wise, and JJ Alfano put on a fantastic show. Jonathan Nerren took the win, but Luke Fink managed to pilot his C6 Corvette to a third-place podium finish using Accelera 651 Sport XTRAs. It was a testament to the quality of the Accelera 651 Sport XTRA that Luke could secure a podium finish with an underpowered, mostly stock vehicle.

Holley LS Fest East at Beech Bend Raceway Park was a memorable event, delivering thrilling moments across the board. Team Tire Streets is looking forward to wrapping up the 2023 event tour with Fuel Fest in December!
